The CG Power OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) plant is a ₹7,600 crore (~$870 million) joint venture facility located in Sanand, Gujarat. Developed by CG Semi (a partnership between CG Power, Japan's Renesas Electronics, and Thailand's Stars Microelectronics), it focuses on end-to-end chip assembly, packaging, and testing.
